Here are some proprietary self-assessment tools to help you evaluate and improve your skills and competencies regarding leadership, management and other supportive domains.
The assessments are set up as high-level self-evaluations targeted to provide a flexible tool to assist in monitoring and evaluating performance in a systematic and structured way. They are not harsh assessments but are self-evaluations from an empirical perspective (best practice). They can be used to identify areas of particularly good or poor practice and in establishing priorities for improvement action.
The assessment is done by evaluating the level of knowledge of or experience in the assessment elements and rating them on a scale of 1 to 5. The first self-assessment can serve as a baseline for follow-up self-evaluations. The dated assessments can be a useful instrument to keep track of the progress.
